Dear Sir or Madam, First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to leave our company a review, good or bad we appreciate you taking the time to help us grow. We are really sorry to see that you had such a negative experience working at my company. One of the things we like to pride ourselves on is our culture and would never want someone to have a negative experience working here. Now that being said when you applied here in Wilmington you knew that you lived in Jacksonville and that you would have to drive to the office most days. We do take full responsibility and not finding out if that commute was going to be to much on you starting out. We know we discussed the pay in our interviews and a few times durning our morning meetings that the $10 an hour is not our goal. Which is why we have commissions built in for the the people that are willing to work the hardest. If someone is looking for an easy get rich quick with no effort this is not the place for them.
