Pros

The people you work with are pretty cool. A job where you can make a lot of money. I don’t really have anything else to say about this company other than it’s the right fit for a salesperson.

Cons

The market manager/CEO, lacks character, morals, and bases some of his business decisions on personal emotions. Also he doesn’t have compassion for his employees and the situations they are in; he thinks about himself and what benefits the business more. Also the company doesn’t participate in community outreach which says a lot about what the company values more.

It's unfortunate that you had a negative experience the short while you were with us. Our CEO and HR Department are actively working to improve our company since we have been establishing for about 5 months. Your feedback is definitely helpful! Our goal here at A.E. Management is to help individuals develop and grow within our company to achieve management. Since our company is built upon developing outstanding client relationships, we use direct marketing. In that case, sales and customer service are an inevitable aspect of the position - which is why we provide hands on training and weekly meetings. This position requires more work and dedication than most positions on the market - which is why our company is not suited for everyone who applies. In addition, we have a few charity events upcoming in our calendar. We are donating clothes this weekend to help with Puerto Rico Disaster Relief and another event to feed the homeless during November. If you’re looking for a company to grow in and make a career into, A.E. Management is an amazing place to start at. Starts you off at entry level but they teach you week by week to evolve. Great management alongside co-workers who try there best to help you grow.

Cons

There is always cons to a business. Nothing is perfect but the great thing about AE is they are very welcoming to open door policies.

Opportunity to receive hands on training to go from entry level into management with great mindsets and everyone working as a team! I enjoyed my whole experience and had to leave the business due to mother passing away.

Cons

Honestly everything is explained in the interviews and super clear to understand. People say they would like to grow but really are not willing to put in the work.
