Pros

A strong environment for building connections and gaining firsthand exposure to the inner workings of the entertainment industry. There are also some genuinely good people on the team who make the day-to-day more enjoyable and collaborative.

Cons

There’s little to no formal training, you’re expected to learn quickly and keep up. Leadership can present as approachable, but expectations are strictly professional, and support may not always align with that tone. As the company scales, communication can feel inconsistent or fragmented. Team dynamics can also be challenging at times, with certain individuals creating a high-stress environment. It’s important to go in with a clear plan for your role and trajectory, as the demands of the position, combined with below-market compensation, can take a toll over time. Long hours and a few very bad agents. Highly competitive.

Pros

The best co-workers and kind people all around

Cons

Long hours and low pay, don't do it unless you want to be an agent!
