      Pros

      Lots of overtime!! Especially during the holiday. Who doesn't want that?! That's what I miss the most.

      Cons

      They treat contract workers like the beneath the direct hire employees. I felt extremely unappreciated. I do not miss that.

      Pros

      Great opportunities available, perks and flexibility for salaried employees

      Cons

      They don't often take years of experience in lieu of a degree. Also someone that is new to Kaiser has potential to earn more than someone else that is in the same position, department, etc. that is not fair. Also if you transfer from one position to another that has higher pay they won't adjust your salary to match the pay range of the new position because they claim they can't give more than 10% increase at a time.
