Pros

Commute was peaceful- no highways. Fully updated bathrooms are gorgeous; great for catching Pokèmon. Tomato Basil Soup is about the only thing on point

Cons

Got yelled at for walking on the grass. Yelled at for changing in the bathroom- would change in my 100 degree car like a battered dog for 4 months- yelled at for running on the road on my lunch break (personal time) - yelled at for taking a 10 min walk away from my desk- yelled at for attending a 15 minute training - yelled at for having too much positive energy- yelled at for leaving at 4:29 instead of 4:30- micromanaged to a whole new level. They literally watch your every move and yell at you for everything- and never once was thanked for the hard work I put in and extra training and projects I volunteered to help with. Can't take PTO in first six months and won't get paid for what you earn if you leave before then. You have to "EARN your flex time" if something comes up in your life; for me, child abuse at my sons daycare and my managers wouldn't let me change my hours by 15 minutes to handle the situation - NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE IN DEPT I WAS IN. they play favoritesNo gym- no perks. No freedom! I would have rather went to jail and dropped soap every day then work at this place.

Pros

Some people there really care about your well-being and career. "Some."

Cons

Ignoring the little things, like that it's terribly traditional, you can't walk on grass outside, they're paper-heavy and have no philanthropic causes, nothing modern about it whatsoever, boring, slow, you're constantly walking on eggshells, you're being watched by Big Brother... ignoring those preference-related tragedies: They tried to be innovative and start a rotational program for recent graduates. Within two months, out of the 15 associates, they managed to fire one, lose two others because they were miserable and decided to finally quit, fire another, and then lay off another - with reasons such as "not communicating the little things," "can't find a place for you," "taking a half of the day off without giving a full 2-weeks notice" - all for what? Why have the rotational program to begin with if you're going to kill them off, instead of growing them into employees? Terrible upper management and HR figures work here, selfish and stern - it's not healthy to be in that environment. Their lack of compassion, concern, and respect for their employees is alarming. Take my advice, look elsewhere. You shouldn't live life the way I had to when I worked at A.M. Worst. Growth is slow, pay is low, and of the few good people there, they probably will be leaving soon.

Pros

you work 7 hours and thats about it

Cons

Poor salary, no bonuses, no profit sharing. no promotion incompetence from the top down. Communication is lacking (The CEO tried to address this at company picnic but instead told everyone about his books hes been writing for 8 years. Again the incompetence) Dress code is crap. Have to wear suit and tie even though I never deal with clients. Turn over it stupid. HR is condescending. AVOID
