      you work 7 hours and thats about it

      Cons

      Poor salary, no bonuses, no profit sharing. no promotion incompetence from the top down. Communication is lacking (The CEO tried to address this at company picnic but instead told everyone about his books hes been writing for 8 years. Again the incompetence) Dress code is crap. Have to wear suit and tie even though I never deal with clients. Turn over it stupid. HR is condescending. AVOID

      Horrible experience, terrible management with unclear expectations, will find a way to make you not a fit even if you put in good quality work, management not held accountable for toxic culture
