Pros

High starting hourly pay. Nice office location. Building security and parking lot monitoring.

Cons

Don't let the high starting salary fool you. This company is not what they will have you believe during the interview process. There is zero room for advancement, only lateral moves. The leadership is almost non existent. There is absolutely no formal training and it shows in the quality of the work the employees do. If you're the type of person who doesn't like to re-work things or fix other people's mistakes constantly then avoid this place. Seven people have quit the company within a 3 month time span which says a lot about the work environment. Missing work for any reason is not tolerated even if you bring a doctor's note. You can expect to be written up right away and fired if you have 3 occurrences regardless to the reason. The majority of the employees have been there less than a year because of all the quitting and firing that goes on. The work space is very small and cabinets are not provided in order to lock away any of your valuables. Also, there are no breaks. You get a 45 minute lunch and that is all. The break room that is provided is extremely small and there is no room for more than two people to sit and eat. The majority of people are forced to eat in their vehicles. The health benefits do not start until after your 90 day review and paid days off are not given until after you have been there a year. I'm guessing with the quitting/firing rate the company ultimately saves money in regards to these things.

Pros

Starting pay is good. That's all I can say is that the starting pay is good. The work is Monday through Friday.

Cons

Men are forced to wear ties in a work environment that has no face-to-face customer interaction. Horrible health benefits that require hand written enrollment and require written personal medical conditions that owners and human resource management have access to. No personal time off. They consider getting to leave 30 minutes early on Friday by reducing your lunch to only 15 minutes a reward for being on time all week. No room for advancement. No breaks except lunch time. No formal training. Training consist of the supervisor briefly dictating how to do tasks as needed. No feedback on whether your performing well or need improvement.

Pros

Working at A/R Concepts was a fulfilling experience. The company under the leadership of Anne Damalas had a commitment to excellence, innovation, and employee growth. Collaboration and teamwork were greatly valued to reach goals and leadership had a genuine interest in personally investing in the growth of employees through resource access for further education and professional certifications. My time at A/R Concepts allowed me to develop skills that have been helpful to me both personally and professionally. I entered into a workplace that emphasized positivity in its culture and gave me a drive to commit to my role through the generous treatment of its employees. Though my time at A/R Concepts has ended, what I learned there as a professional has put me where I am today. I can say confidently that I would not be in the fortunate position I am today had I not worked under this company and the guidance of Anne Damalas.

Cons

Small breakroom, difficult parking situation
