Pros
1. The interview process was not very intensive. The folks who took my interview were very knowledgeable and they did teach me the concept of the one question I messed up. 2. The client that the company works for is vert understanding and likes to give time to allow individuals to grow through a learning curve. 3. Overall the folks you work with have intensive knowledge of the product and will help you if asked.
Cons
1. The management at ASG is substandard and villainous to say the least . 2. None and I mean none, of the employees were happy at this company , every single employee had a reason to be stuck in this inferno. 3. The COO handles all the payroll, vacation and immigration operations. He made the already hard immigration process even more painful by including bonded contracts and clauses which made the employees growth next to impossible. 4. The clause basically required employees to pay $20,000 to leave the company or work in the same position for over three years , therefore stunting employee growth. 5. Absolutely no perks , no training and no reimbursement if you take any training that would help you do better in your job , everything I learnt was on the job and scavenging on youtube and other free tutorials. 6. Eventually when the company lost the contract with the client , they did not even want to let the employees go, despite the fact that they had no work and they refused to pay us . We couldn't leave due to the clause I mentioned in (4) 7. All the employees were underpaid and extremely unhappy. All in all I would NOT recommend this company
