      The teammates are talented, intelligent. and kind

      Cons

      Work life balance is poor! Management cares about management and has no interaction with employees, unless they are asking for something to be done for them. Bonuses and raises are minimal at best. Almost every one on the project had to work, or still is working, overtime without compensation. also benefits are minimal.

      Friendly environment. Dedicated management and senior leadership that strive to do the best for the employees and the company. Senior staff is responsive. Growth is emphasized to allow stability for the employees, along with continuing opportunities for growth and flexibility in skill development.

      As a company experiencing rapid growth, there is a bit of chaos that is just a result of its success.
