Management is hands off on day-to-day tasks, they expect you to work 12 hour days but won't even acknowledge you.. They promote inexperienced staff to take control of what they should be managing themselves. No raises or bonuses, company went from no debt to bleeding cash within two years. Vague or no direction for creative projects, rogue team members "managing" their own work. Absolutely no room for career advancement or growth for a company that prides itself on "making your mark".
