Really fun and healthy work culture! Love working from home Leadership is there for you Many opportunities to move up in the company!

Cons

Occasional tech issues but that is to be expected when working from home. They have a great I.T department that makes up for it though!

You get to work from home.

Cons

- extremely low pay for the amount of work expected from you - you will not advance if your supervisor or team lead does not like you even when it’s for personal disagreements not related to work - you will deal with micro aggressions and a horrible work culture - supervisors expect you to answer you Team chats and emails even if you aren’t working - so much micromanaging it’s draining - constant nitpicking when leadership should be looking at the bigger picture - overall it’s been a really horrible and sad experience

-Offered EO whenever there were no calls coming in -some staff was ok

Cons

-Whenever the calls were supposed to be escalated half the time noke of the supervisors took them -horrible pay -always had system issues -horrible staff
