Excellent supervisors and upper management, great work to life ratio, team who really works together and helps each other, growth potential awesome, practices what they preach!

Might be a little low in salary to begin with, but this does change quickly

You get to work from home.

- extremely low pay for the amount of work expected from you - you will not advance if your supervisor or team lead does not like you even when it’s for personal disagreements not related to work - you will deal with micro aggressions and a horrible work culture - supervisors expect you to answer you Team chats and emails even if you aren’t working - so much micromanaging it’s draining - constant nitpicking when leadership should be looking at the bigger picture - overall it’s been a really horrible and sad experience
