Promises of Pay Raises and Recognition: The boss often promises salary increases and acknowledges the hard work of employees. This can make you feel appreciated and motivated—at least initially.
Cons
Empty Promises & Delayed Payments: Despite verbal promises, the boss tends to "forget" when it comes to actual payday. Raises and payments may be delayed or never materialize. Poor Work Conditions and the work environment there is reportedly worse and poorly managed.

Office central aircon has broken down. Entire office survives on giant portable aircons. No toilet paper and soap in the toilet.
