Nothing that I can think of. Yes if you like Academic writing or writing in general that might be the only thing that will go for you. Everything else is a total failure.
Cons
This would be an endless list 1> The most fascinating thing about this company is that it holds an interview every day to hire new employees. Want to know why ? Cause it cannot retain any worker because of their bad company ethics and policies. Every employee quits within a week because of this. 2> The salary is way below compared to the work they make you do which is unending 3> The work pressure is unbelievable and they won't even give you the time to finish it. If you don't the management resorts to cheap taunting. 4> The company uses cheap ploy and tactics to hold back salaries. So be very careful. 5> Huge office politics involving the HR and the senior employees which is very evident. 6> The training period is not actually a training period. Cause they won't give you time to learn. You are expected to work as an expert right from the very first day and if you don't they send you warning letters. You get 3 and you are terminated without pay.
