- Salary gets deducted by the minute if you're late - Daily allowance is cut if you take annual leave - Not much room for career growth. - Some toxic coworkers and office politics can make the environment stressful.

Operation team have a very toxic culture, micro management, have a very bad leader in the team, practicing revenge culture, always rearranging job scope for operation employee. leader always going to find bad point to blame and make sure everyone know. when employee execute task doest acknowledge / give credit. instead taking credit from other employees. Team leader always blaming people for things and set a very bad attitude, doest know how to handle task properly. Always find problem with other department employees. complaint a lot.
