Pros
There really arent very many good reasons to work here...i guess the only positive is the fact that this company will hire ANYONE and we get a free water jug.
Cons
Low pay. They want CDL-A drivers but dont want to fork out the money to afford one. Be prepared to be offered $13-$14 to work here. No rewards or incentives for hard work or loyalty..all you get is a cheap cannned ham and maybe a gift card. Always low on supplies and tools are scarce. You shouldnt have to bring your own tools to do your job. Phones are outdated. Not useful at all besides getting phone calls. If you run a route your gonna have to use your own data and smartphone to GPS locations. They claim the maps drawn on the route cards are enough to find your way...but....90% of the time they lead you in the wrong direction due to the people that draw them and units constantly are moved. Trucks are junk and unreliable. Work orders are always ignored. So, when they decided to finally work on the problem its usually beyond repair. They were sighted by OSHA btw for this. No water available to workers. This was also a violation sighted by OSHA. They give you a water jug but dont have anywhere to fill it up with. Paydays are a joke. No direct deposit. Have to wait until 2:30 to get paid. Paydays are on the 5th and 20th. If payday falls on a sunday you get paid the 6th and still have to wait until 2:30. A joke of a supervisor in the main yard will make your life miserable. This guy should start from the bottom and work his way up and he may learn what its like to actually work. Just a spoiled brat..conflict of interest for whoever keeps putting him in a supervisor position. Always meddling where he shouldnt. I really believe the problems of this company lies within management. Weed out the useless ones who dont want progress.
