No transparency - Project Analyst AAA Quality Services Employee Review

Administration has a very genuine approach to working with employees. No one person feel like they are against you, just generally trying to make sure every part of the operation runs as needed. I never feel out of the loop when it comes to asking for time off or having a life event such as having children and needing time off. Expectations are clear and set.

Some parts of Technology are outdated but with a company 65 years in business some of these items were once state of the art. With a person in my position, I definitely suggest some updates here and there and Admin is very responsive with feedback and some updates to equipment.

Hours are good and people are nice

Pay is low for the amount of work they want a csr to do and technology is out of date
