AAC is very a very capable microcomponent manufacture AAC partners with big-name companies to make amazing products
Cons
-Never had a meaningful raise in 4.5 years of working. (never had a raise that was more than inflation) -Even when the company hit targets and personal performance was good bonus never met expectations. -Lots of travel to overseas factories with a very low travel budget. -Turnover is on the high side -Big-name companies mean working with bid egos -Big international travel reimbursements were often late. -company values were more talk than action -US team often neglected -benefits part-gutted (no stock, not dental)
