      Pros

      Peaceful job. Nine to five thirty job. Leaves are good. Good salary to employees. Saturday half day working. Nice company for ladies.

      Cons

      There is Monopoly in the work. There is Frequent changes in delegation of work. And everything is dependnding on 1person analysis.
