To those who are planning to apply job here, please read it carefully. 1. Learning: there is no penalties for doing anything wrong as long as the management likes you or you are the manager. You will not learn from them and no direction. will be learning everything by yourself. 2. Work life? yes! I love this term but you will not have a chance to live with it. 24/7 is expected from the management. If not reply as soon as possible, you would hear some offensive language. 3. No code of conduct / ethics: they will look through some client personal information and share with colleagues who are other department and not necessary to know about it. 4. Lack of rewards / bonus, in return, they give you more work. 5. management always talk about girl during office hour. Feel bad for them and annoying. 6. Too red!
