Favoritism and passive aggressive to the max, if the BCBA doesn’t like you, the CEO won’t either. The BCBAs are understaffed and don’t seem to know what they are doing either. Any feedback you give will be viewed negatively. Schedule changes are not allowed even if they say they will be flexible.
