Pros
I've been working at ABCD for nearly six years, and I’m very happy here. You truly feel valued and appreciated, and it’s refreshing to have so much freedom and flexibility from the start to come up with creative ways to help our clients. The culture is fantastic—every Wednesday we eat together, and after work, we often grab drinks, but there's also the freedom to work from home whenever you want. Despite that flexibility, we all make an effort to see each other multiple times a week. Not because we have to, but because we want to. The founders are two of the most incredible people I’ve ever met. I couldn't recommend ABCD more highly!
Cons
The workload can get quite intense at times, but honestly, I don't really see it as a downside. It keeps me productive and engaged plus, I'd probably feel bored if things slowed down too much.
