Pros
No pros i have seen so far. But good bonding among employees.
Cons
1. Owned by a couple where the lady is way far arrogant. 2. Spamming what we call "chamchagiri"..by the sales and accounts guys leads to imbalance in increment of technical employees. 3. Less pay high work. 4. No challenging assignments to learn. Mostly copy paste
