Pros

There were plenty of pros 4 or 5 years ago. Now, I can't think of anything.

Cons

Growing company in a very disorganized way, management bring their own people, pretending that they know what is the work about. There's no science at all, if you're a scientist, make yourself a favor, look for other place to develop yourself, work hard and report to a supervisor who understands the work you do, or even better, a supervisor who you can learn from.

Cons

Understaffed and overworked. Critical business areas are dependent on too few. Not enough staff for volume of work. Overtime is the new normal. Salary is not competitive. Communication is poor.
