Cons

The organization struggles significantly with workplace culture and leadership effectiveness. Harassment and bullying behaviors are allowed to persist without meaningful intervention, which creates a toxic and psychologically unsafe working environment. Employees who raise concerns or report issues risk immediate retaliation, which discourages transparency and trust. Leadership appears uncertain about expectations for new or evolving roles, which results in confusion, inconsistent guidance, and shifting priorities. Rather than providing support or development, mistakes are often met with punitive responses.
