No professionalism at all, micromanage, they control everything that you do. Legal problems with the government. Managers don't know what they are doing and daily threats about losing your job. Every month someone gets fired or just leave. Lies to staff nd candidates. Internal gossips make your day awful. No training at all and they just keep people in apprenticeships or under 21 so they can pay less.

Get treated very badly working here both by the agency and the nurseries. For months the group chat has been filled with intimidating and cruel messages to it's workers. Conveniently the chats settings have been switched to disappearing messages to hide the content. There is zero appreciation, expectations are ridiculous and you are basically treated like a robot and not as a human being. Hours are ridiculously long and they also expect you to travel over an hour to some nurseries. When you are at the nurseries you often get treated very badly. You are looked down upon as you are agency and are given all the jobs they don't want to do such as excessive cleaning. There is no support for workers and permanent staff at these nurseries know that so it gives them free reign to treat us badly. The agency will not address the issues with the nurseries as they want to keep their business. Overall it's awful and I would not recommend at all. Can't wait to find a more suitable role and leave.
