Company does try to do the right thing. CEO is a good guy, his intentions are good.

Different Business units don't work together. They throw you onto a client with no support and get upset when documents and reports don't look exactly like their expectations. No growth or future potentials. Only the golden children get promotions, very few of them but highly touted
