A terrific group of co-workers who respect one another and share similar values about what is important in work and life. The firm recognizes and rewards employees for doing great jobs. Leadership is committed to long-term success of the company. Offers excellent training and opportunities to learn and grow.

I haven’t found many downsides other than the standard drawbacks to working in a smaller to mid-sized firm vs. one of the big firms. But to me the advantages of working for a firm this size far outweigh the disadvantages.
