      Pros

      Great people, flexible schedule, work/life balance, benefits are better than most places, managers care about their employees, a lot of co-workers with “all-hands-on-deck” attitude. New CEO has made very positive changes.

      Cons

      It is not centrally located within the Twin Cities.

      Pros

      It's the employees--they bind together in the face of terrible management.

      Cons

      The CEO does not know what he's doing, won't listen to those trying to help him, and the board does nothing to stop him. Over 20 employees have left in less than 18 months. The VPs are powerless--we laugh at them. He is running the organization into the ground and we don't know what to do.
