      The only pros is your position is safe cause the team is too lean.

      The management in Australia lacks EQ and people management skills. They do not know how to lead or people manage. They have mood swings , is their way or the highway. No pay increment no matter how hard you work. If you are the top performer, they load more on you while the rest of the team cruise. Also, a lot of ad-hoc tasks
