Pros

Wonderful people across the organisation, so your daily experiences will be mostly positive

Cons

General lack of interest to improve working conditions by SMT, including standardising pay for all staff across countries. There's a huge disparity in pay among staff in various countries even when JD is same, as well as work. Never made sense

Pros

work culture among employees, meaningful work

Cons

management has no clear vision and provides very little support, it is known for rapidly and poorly introduced restructuring processes every one-two years, burning people out and lack of understanding of operational realities in the sector and different locations. huge pay disparity, discrimination, bullying from management has been ongoing for years now.

Pros

Generally speaking, working at ACAPS Ukraine hub can be a good experience for a short-term.

Cons

The current management style at ACAPS Ukraine hub is selectively authoritarian. If you are a national of Ukraine who is looking for a meaningful humanitarian experience, great work culture and leadership, or solidarity, the advice is: don’t stick around too long, or keep looking further.
