Very dynamic environment, real interest to learn commodity trading and risk mitigation, friendly environment, worldwide offices, real "teaching" vision within the company through the training program.
Cons
Cash-flow issues due to the economic context. Some manager can be too close minded.

Merit are not based on performance. Internal politic weights more to management Nepotism is overtly practised
