Pros

Fast paced, ever changing tasks and assignments, dynamic environment, potential to take on new projects relatively easy, one learns a lot.

Cons

low pay, one's job tasks may change without being consulted in the direction that one does not want, little recourse if one does not get along with the boss, not allowed to work once in a while (sick, snow storm) from home even though one has remote access and everything set up for that.

Pros

It's a good stable company with no sudden firings/lay offs; Some people are great to work with; If you need to leave early, or have appointments usually there are no problems with that; Good Benefits; Work is somewhat straightforward and easy;

Cons

- Limited to none career advancement opportunities - Low compensation, and a lack of accountability for senior staff. - New job exploration may offer better pay. - Junior employees face consequences for actions, while seniors don't. - "Nothing we can do" attitude among all the departments (no desire to make changes for better and more effective processes for everyone). - Inadequate management training. (No training at all) - Unsupportive work environment, biased investigations, and work-life balance challenges. - Minimal appreciation, outdated office culture. - Overwhelming workloads due to department inefficiencies. - Resistance to change. Little collaboration and outdated office setup; Toxic work environment in some departments.
