Pros
Good for a first job. Friendly(ish) environment.
Cons
Most people are underpaid. Everybody, at some point, needs to do (unpaid) overtime. There is no room for evolving and soon, if you are not careful enough, you end up with three people worth of workload with no help or guidance but all the responsibility. In the end, you get to learn a lot of stuff. The hard way though.
