      Great work exposure but unprofessional environment

      Pros

      Work life balance. Great exposure for other construction possibilities. Good people to work with I think the CEO is the real problem. The company really does do amazing work . It’s not a bad stepping song if you want a career and construction.

      Cons

      Unprofessional, no clear goal , backstabbing environment, and not so much me I’ve seen it with multiple other people. It’s not a stable place to work. If you’re looking to level up great place to start.

      Toxic workplace, will fire you with no hesitation, have favorites, make a big deal for any mistake you make no matter how small it can be something as simple as washing your dishes. I’ve seen people get fired with no warning over typos. Managers can socialize and day drink
