Pros

The office has a good interior and work desk. Colleagues are really good and supportive. I've met a bunch of awesome people there!!

Cons

Let's look to the real side. Ah, yes, let’s discuss the wonderful company policies. If you dare to ask a question about them, be prepared for a swift termination. Enjoy the thrill of micromanagement, the efficiency of a non-existent system, and the delightful experience of being treated like the metaphorical garbage bag you are. Don't expect any appreciation for your hard work; instead, anticipate a barrage of criticism about inconsequential details. And let's not forget the incompetent HR department and the team manager who is clueless and always meddling.
