      Great supportive culture Amazing office Paid for parking at the office

      Cons

      Not a con as such, but would be great to see more females in Snr Leadership Team. All the directors were very nice to work with.

      The process of design, building technology, project management felt very divided and departmentalised. Each person had their duty and had to keep to their role only.
