      Pros

      A very few persons are good.

      Cons

      Many of the people there especially the managers are toxic. They pretend a lot when they see you but say nasty things about you behind your back. Not inclusive at all. They already have a box they want you to fit and remain in. Pay is very poor compared to the amount of work you'd be expected to do. Work life balance is zero because you'd be stretched beyond your limit. Avoid working for this people is all I can say.

      None at all... Maybe getting paid every month.

      Too many to mention. Unqualified managers, changing major processes every 2 days literally, gossips, no sick pay etc

      Workload Bad management Pressured to work over contracted 40 hours so hourly rate ends up being less than minimum wage as no overtime paid Toxic environment High turnover of staff Blame culture No one listens to concerns Growth is the only concern No development opportunities
