      Pros

      Benefits: ADMA has some of the most affordable medical plans I have seen. Some other benefits are good as well.

      Cons

      Where to start: * In the time I have been at ADMA they have cut the amount of PTO time we have * Taken away some holidays * Have a CEO that doesn't care at all about his employees - and acts like a 4 year old when they don't get their way (yelling, put downs, fires for no reason except he doesn't want you there anymore). * Moral is very low and nothing is done to change it.

      Pros

      Benefits are not bad, specially health insurance.

      Cons

      There's no camaraderie. Upper management is not interested in you at all, saw some people get fired over trivial things and replaced constantly. Not a place to settle down at all. The pay is not good compared to other biotechnology companies and jobs asking for HS diploma make double what a job that asks for B.S. or Master's makes. Lots of drama and hipocrisy, if you have any self respect this is not the place for you.
