I recently experienced significant and exhausting employment issues here, primarily stemming from its poor management practices. The leadership often gaslit employees, downplaying concerns and fostering a somewhat toxic environment with no regard to a true and honest work like balance. Red flags were evident in the high turnover rate, indicative of a churn-and-burn culture that prioritises short-term "get it out the door" work over employee well-being. Communication was unclear, and feedback was seldom valued, leading to frustration and disengagement among staff. This lack of support and respect ultimately stifled creativity and productivity. I cannot recommend ADP unless substantial changes are made to address these critical issues. It is a Red Flag Factory.
