Stress, unreal expectations, zero leadership, zero vision- run and don't look back

Feedback -high school level mentality & attitudes which should tell you everything -fake & bad energy -zero direction; can talk but can’t teach; 0 managing skills which is a HUGE difference but young & egotistical people think they know everything -questionable behaviour between uppers -angry/unhappy workers; workers have long faces and constant arguements -HR run from HR situation: 0 support; absolutely the worst -negative reviews are valid -constant conversation about budget & money lost moving but spend money like crazy which was concerning -ill talking about others in the open; unprofessional and lots of finger pointing -worst place to work, absolute advise against in every shape & form Pros Remember one person or one company doesn’t mean anything about your skill set or value!
