Friendly, flexible, but a big boy's club

Pros

most of the staff are very young and friendly, the majority of teachers i worked with were lovely. the hours are relatively flexible as it is easy to find cover and provide cover for other people.

Cons

alot of your supervisors will be men who all went to school together. it felt like a boy's club that nobody could infultrate. you will always be treated well but work is always generally distributed according to who is friends with who.
