Pros
There are two things that makes Aeler an outstanding company to work in: 1) the ambitious and motivating mission that we are all working towards, and 2) the fact that we have a 'human first' approach and truly care about each other.
Cons
The company is young and still has a lot of growth ahead of it. Eager to see if we can keep this wonderful culture as we scale but I'm sure it will come with its own set of challenges!
