Bad management

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Pay was good along with a few colleagues

Cons

Upper management was terrible, especially those that they sent from China. This company lacks trust and things don't flow downward, it's upward. Management wants you to do all the work and they criticize everything you do. No support. They will block you from getting things approve and yet at the same time want you to try harder and their way. You are not allowed to do your job the right way. If you or your families and friends are thinking about working here, please just run.

Mass confusion & 0 communication

Pros

Decent benefits and pay for relatively easy work. Good people to work around everyday. Paid vacation/PTO and warehouse shutdowns.

Cons

Zero communication or organization, even managers and supervisors claim to not know what's going on. Everything is communicated via word of mouth as a rumor and you have to be at the right place at the right time to hear things. Things change constantly with no instruction or follow up, you must be a mind reader. No incentives for a job well done, unless someone just happens to tell you good job. The Chinese seem to be determining everything right now and the place is a mess. Very very unfriendly to folks on the autism spectrum or having other disabilities.
