Zero communication or organization, even managers and supervisors claim to not know what's going on.
Everything is communicated via word of mouth as a rumor and you have to be at the right place at the right time to hear things. Things change constantly with no instruction or follow up, you must be a mind reader. No incentives for a job well done, unless someone just happens to tell you good job. The Chinese seem to be determining everything right now and the place is a mess. Very very unfriendly to folks on the autism spectrum or having other disabilities.
