Although you might think there's lots of opportunities there, you'll never get any of them done. The chairman holds everyhting far too tightly and doesn't understand anything other than sales. If you're job role is outside of that then don't bother, safe yourself the angst and get a decent job elsewhere. By far the worst company i have ever worked for.
