Management is toxic. They micro manage to an extreme, exaggeration/make reasons to fire you if they don't like you personally, track you down and waste everyone's time for less than 2 min of incorrect clock in data. Poor training, poor communication between management and production, you never know what's going on with your dept from management level.

very tribe like environment you are with the in crowd or not at all, management seem to be very pushy to all the new employees and tell all they are not trying hard enough to get production numbers they demand you make ,most older employees seem to try to help get rid of newer people coming into afco
