Pay was lower than it should be.

Production level employees are a good group. We were all close and helped one another like a family.

Management is toxic. They micro manage to an extreme, exaggeration/make reasons to fire you if they don't like you personally, track you down and waste everyone's time for less than 2 min of incorrect clock in data. Poor training, poor communication between management and production, you never know what's going on with your dept from management level.
