Pros

AG has a great culture with people who believe in the company mission, and we see our leadership team live our values. There is also a no a**hole policy, which is refreshing. There is a lot of opportunity to learn about running and scaling a global business. Everyone here can jump in and help solve problems. There are a lot of intelligent, engaged, thoughtful team members & leaders that will always listen to a well-thought-out opinion.

Cons

There can be too much going on without clarity, and many roles within some need more definition. Working remotely in a growing global company can also be challenging, so you end up working too much.

Pros

A truly remote organisation that trusts you to get your work done and isn't constantly looking over your shoulder. Free world class products for personal use. Lots of interaction between departments so you feel like you're part of something bigger than just your role. Not having to be in an office between 9 and 5. Good staff culture and very friendly people. It pays well.

Cons

It is contract work so there are no additional staff benefits that come with being a full-time employee, the trade-off for me is totally worth it but this may be off-putting for some people.
