Pros
Good company to learn with various tasks/projects. As very small company, you get to see lots of new things. I learned a lot very fast. Growth seems good, always hiring more people and making new market launches. Very young team in office. Not many people who have been long time. A lot of independence (good & bad), not much supervision from leaders but given time to work on things at own pace and decide self how to spend time. Work colleagues are friendly. Salary is always punctual, company is reliable when they make agreement/salary promise. Leadership is very kind when personal time is required for family/emergency.
Cons
Nobody say what to work on and how to spend time. Unclear goals from leadership. Management assigns works, forgets about them and then will give stressful timeline when something is rushed. Company structure is not good, assignments come from many people and it is not clear who is boss. There are few benefits. Normal vacation and health insurance, no bonus or enrichment programs offered. No guidance how to grow in company to get promotion. Sometimes forgotten about as employee. Long hours expected (48hrs/week)

No vision and communication from mgmt. Always ask for 48 hrs minimum working hours. Forget about raises or bonus.
